INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 kg chicken, cut into portions
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp seasoning mix
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 pc medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, sliced
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 3 pcs shiitake mushroom, soaked and sliced
- 1 can whole mushroom (400 g), drained and sliced into two
- 3 tbsp lechon sauce
- 1 pc red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar [Marinade]
PROCEDURE:
1. Season chicken with Worcestershire sauce, seasoning mix, and pepper.
2. Sauté garlic, onion, and ginger. Add chicken and fish sauce. Sauté for 5 minutes.
3. Add mushrooms, lechon sauce, and ½ cup water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Add bell pepper. Serve.
