INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tsp Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
- 1 pc Onion, Diced
- 1/2 kg Ground Beef
- 1.5 tsp UFC Iodized Salt
- 1 tsp UFC Ground Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Ground Cloves
- 1 tbsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 pc Sili Pansigang, Sliced
- 2 cups UFC Tomato Sauce Guisado
- 1 tsp UFC Hot Sauce
- 1/4 pc Water
- 15 oz Red Kidney Bean, Drained (2 cans)
- 1 pc Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
PROCEDURE:
1. Heat oil. Sauté onion and beef until meat is brown.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Add remaining ingredients except kidney bean and bell pepper. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Add kidney beans and bell pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
