INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg pork kasim, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp UFC Golden Fiesta palm oil
- 3 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp UFC ground pepper
- 3 tbsp Datu Puti soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Datu Puti White Vinegar
- 3 cups water
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 pcs egg, hard boiled and peeled
PROCEDURE:
1. Heat oil. Sauté garlic and pork until meat is brown.
2. Add pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, and water. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
3. Add sugar and eggs. Allow to simmer. Serve.
