INGREDIENTS:
- 1 NaN Coconut-Milk Mixture
- 1 can UFC Fresh Selections Coconut Cream (400 ml)
- 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
- 1 NaN Coffee Mixture
- 1 pack 3 in 1 coffee (25 – 30 g)
- 1 cup Hot water
- 1 NaN Coconut Tiramisu Assembly
- 350 g Lady Fingers, Broas, Mamon Tostado or similar
- 1 NaN Prepared Coffee Mixture
- 1 NaN Prepared Coconut Cream Mixture
- 1 NaN All Purpose Cream (optional)
- 1 NaN Cocoa Powder (for dashing)
PROCEDURE:
1. In a bowl, mix coconut cream and condensed milk.
2. In a separate bowl, dissolve 3-in-1 coffee in hot water.
3. Dip lady fingers in coffee mixture. Line a container with dipped lady fingers.
4. Pour over enough coconut cream mixture enough to cover the lady fingers.
5. Alternate layers of lady fingers dipped in coffee mixture and coconut cream mixture.
6. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
7. Top with all purpose cream if desired then dash with cocoa powder.
