CORN ICE CANDY

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 can (400 mL) UFC Fresh Selections Coconut Cream
  2. 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
  3. 1/2 can UFC Whole corn kernels (185 g)
  4. 8 small paper cups
  5. 8 popsicle sticks

PROCEDURE

  1. 1. Mix 1 can UFC Coconut cream and condensed milk.
  2. 2. In each paper cup, add 1 Tbsp UFC Whole Corn Kernels.
  3. 3. Pour in Coconut Cream mixture.
  4. 4. Center the Popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 6 – 12 hours
