INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can corned beef (210 g)
- 1 pc onion, sliced
- 2 pcs tomato, sliced
- 3 cups rice water or water
- 2 pc siling pansigang
- 1 pc small radish (150 g), sliced
- 1 bunch kangkong, cut-up
- 1 pack UFC sinigang sa sampalok mix
- 1 tbsp Datu Puti Patis Flavor Sauce
PROCEDURE:
1. Boil rice water with tomatoes, onion, and radish for 7 minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients except corned beef. Allow to simmer.
3. Add corned beef. Simmer.
