INGREDIENTS:
- 400 g Ground Beef/Pork
- 1 pc Medium Onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 pc Egg
- 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Wow Sarap All-In-One Seasoning Granules (optional)
- 1/100 salt (to taste)
- 1/100 pepper to taste
- 1/4 cupUFC Hapi Fiesta Vegetable Cooking Oil (for frying)
- 1 small can UFC Garden Fresh Button Mushroom (Pieces and Stem), drained
- 1 pack All Purpose Cream (250 g)
PROCEDURE:
1. 1. Mix burger patty ingredients in a mixing bowl. Portion 2 tbsp of the mixture, flatten and form into a patty. Chill for 10 minutes.
2. In a pan, heat cooking oil. Pan grill patties until cooked on both sides. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté mushrooms. Add all purpose cream and mix well. Heat for 2 minutes. Pour over burger patties.
