Creamy Spinach Quesadilla

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10-12 pc large flour tortilla
  • 1 pack (250 g) UFC Creamy Overload Sauce
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper

 

Filling:

  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed (optional)
  • 5 to 6 cups spinach leaves (300 g)
  • 1-1/2 cups grated cheese (mozzarella and cheddar)
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

PROCEDURE:

  1. Filling: Sauté garlic and add spinach. Season to taste. Add UFC Creamy Overload Sauce. Heat for 2 minutes uncovered. Set aside.
  2. Brown tortilla in heated pan (without oil). Spread with cream cheese, then spread with sauteed mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with another tortilla and press.
  3. Heat in pan until cheese melts.
