INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tbsp Garlic, Minced
- 60 ml Canola Oil
- 1/2 cup Carrot, Diced
- 1 can Button Mushroom, Pieces and stem, drained (400 g)
- 1 can tuna flakes in Oil, Drained(180 g)
- 2 tbsp Curry powder
- 4 cups Day Old Cooked Rice
- 1 pack All-in-One Seasoning granules (4g)
- 1/100 NaN Salt and pepper, to taste
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic and ginger in oil. Add carrot, mushroom, tuna, and curry powder. Sauté for 2 minutes.
2. Add rice, seasoning granules, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add milk mixture. Stir for another 5 minutes until well blended. Top with spring onion. Serve.
