INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pc medium boneless bangus
- 6 pcs garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 3/4 cup sukang tagalog
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 13 pcs garlic, cloves
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 pcs laurel leaves
- 3 cups rice
- 1 pc onion
- 2 pc tomated
- 1 pc salted egg
PROCEDURE:
1. Cut the bangus into 4 pieces. Marinate with garlic, fish sauce, sukang tagalog, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
2. In a pan, fry the bangus until golden brown.
3. For the fried rice, heat up oil then sauté garlic until golden brown. Add laurel leaves, day-old rice, and adobo mixture (soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar).
4. To complete the meal, combine onion, tomato, salted egg, and add sukang tagalog and fish sauce.
5. Assemble the adobo rice, salted egg, and daing na bangus. Garnish with spring onion and sukang tagalog for the dip.
