INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg chicken thigh and leg
- 1 tsp iodized salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 pc egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 3 cups palm oil
- 1/2 cup banana catsup
PROCEDURE:
1. Make a few slits on the surface of the chicken. Rub chicken with a mixture of salt, pepper, and paprika. Let it stand for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
2. Combine egg and milk. Set aside. Mix flour and cornstarch. Set aside. Dip chicken in egg mixture then coat with flour mixture.
3. Heat oil. Deep-fry chicken until golden brown. Serve with banana catsup.
