INGREDIENTS:
Okonomiyaki Mixture:
- 1/2 Pack UFC Crab and Corn
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 tsp UFC ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 pc Egg
- 1cup Water
- 2 cups Cabbage, shredded
Sauce:
- 1 cup UFC Banana Catsup
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- Mayonnaise
PROCEDURE:
- Okonomiyaki Mixture: Mix 1/2 Pack UFC Crab and Corn Soup, Water, Flour, Oil, Egg and season with ground pepper until batter like consistency.
- Add Cabbage. Mix.
- Cooking: Pre-heat oiled pan. Scoop mixture and add to pan. Cook like pancakes until lightly brown. Flip to cook other side. Set aside.
- Sauce: Mix UFC Banana Catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
- Spread Mayonnaise and sauce over Okonomiyaki.
