INGREDIENTS:
- 4 pcs eggplant, grilled or boiled (retain the stem)
- 4 g Wow Sarap All in one seasoning mix
- 3 pcs egg, beaten
- 1/8 tsp UFC iodized salt
- 1/2 cup UFC banana catsup
- 1 cup UFC Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
PROCEDURE:
1. Peel off cooked eggplants. Press with fork to slightly flatten. Sprinkle with seasoning granules. Set aside.
2. Mix egg, salt and 2 tbsp of banana catsup.
3. Pre-heat pan with oil.
4. Dip eggplant into egg mixture. Fry in a pan until brown.
5. Flip to the other side and cook until brown.
6. Serve with banana catsup.
