INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g chicken
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 cup Cornstarch or flour
- 1/2 cup Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
- 1 pack (80 g) UFC Oppa Mixes – Soy Garlic or Sweet & Spicy
PROCEDURE:
1. Marination: Marinate 500 g chicken with salt and pepper for at least 15 minutes
2. Heat canola oil.
3. Once oil is hot enough, coat chicken.
4. Fry for 12 – 15 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
5. Notes: High oil temperature will help make your fried chicken crispy. One way to test: Place the end of
the wooden spoon into the oil while it is heating when you start to see many small bubbles forming around it, the oil is ready for frying. Frying time will depend on part and size of chicken.
