INGREDIENTS
- 6 pc eggs
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 pc onion, sliced
- 1/4 kg chicken breast fillet , cut into strips
- 1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Soy Sauce
- ½ pc each red and green bell pepper, sliced
- ½ tsp UFC Iodized Salt
- ¼ tsp UFC Ground Pepper
- 1 Tbsp sliced green onions
- ½ cup GOLDEN FIESTA Palm Oil
SAUCE :
- 1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch , dissolved in ¼ cup water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PROCEDURE
- 1. Saute garlic, onion and chicken for 5 minutes. Add Datu Puti Oyster Sauce, Datu Puti Soy Sauce , UFC Salt , UFC Pepper and bell peppers. Cook for another 3 minutes.
- 2. Beat eggs. Add chicken mixture . Scoop every ¼ cup and fry until golden . Set aside.
- 3. Combine ingredients for sauce. Simmer until thicken. Pour over cooked eggs.
