INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pc onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 kg chicken breast fillet, cut into strips
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp iodized salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper, ground
- 1/2 pc red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 pc green bell pepper, sliced
- 6 pcs egg
- 1 tbsp green onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup palm oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce [Sauce]
- 1 tbsp soy sauce [Sauce]
- 1 tsp sugar [Sauce]
- 1 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 3/4 cup water [Sauce]
- 1 tsp sesame oil [Sauce]
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté onion, garlic, and chicken for 5 minutes. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and bell pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes. Cool.
2. Beat egg. Add chicken mixture. Scoop every ¼ cup and fry until golden. Set aside.
3. Combine ingredients for sauce. Simmer until thickened. Pour over the cooked egg. Serve.
