INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg Medium Tilapia (Galunggong /Alumahan/Dalagang Bukid)
- 1 pack All-in-One Seasoning Granules (8g)
- 100 ml palm oil
- 2 pcs Garlic Clove, Crushed
- 1 pc Medium Onion, Sliced
- 1 Tbsp Ginger, Strip
- 1/4 cup Carrot, Strip
- 1 pc Medium Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
- 1/100 NaN Sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp Banana Catsup
- 1/100 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1.25 cups Water (for dissolving cornstarch)
PROCEDURE:
1. Sprinkle fish with seasoning granules.
2. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
3. Sauté garlic, onion, ginger, and carrots. Add sauce ingredients. Allow to simmer, with occasional stirring until thick.
4. Add bell pepper. Pour over fish.
