INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg Large Bangus, Sliced (Steak Cut 5 to 6 Slices)
- 1 pc Onion, Cut into Rings
- 3 pcs Tomato, Chopped (100g)
- 1/2 cup Water
- 3 pcs Egg, Beaten
- 2 stalks Green Onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup Palm Oil
- 1 Whole Marinade to taste
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp Calamansi Juice
- 3/4 cup Whole Pepper, Cracked
- 1/2 tsp All-in-One Seasoning Granules
PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate fish for 30 minutes. Drain and reserve marinade. Fry fish until light brown. Set aside.
2. In a separate pan, sauté onion and tomato for 5 minutes. Add marinade and water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add egg. Start stirring when eggs are almost set.
3. Add fish and let simmer. Add green onion. Serve.
