INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup leftover fried fish steak, flaked meat
- 1 pc potato, chopped
- 2 tsp sauce (from fried fish steak)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp egg, beaten
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp green onion, chopped
- 3/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp oil (for frying)
PROCEDURE:
1. Fry potato until cooked. Drain. Combine with remaining ingredients. Mix well.
2. Fry by ⅛ cup in hot oil until golden brown. Flip to brown on the other side. Serve with banana catsup if desired.
