Fish Torta

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup leftover fried fish steak, flaked meat
  • 1 pc potato, chopped
  • 2 tsp sauce (from fried fish steak)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp egg, beaten
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp green onion, chopped
  • 3/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp seasoning mix
  • 2 tbsp oil (for frying)

PROCEDURE:

1. Fry potato until cooked. Drain. Combine with remaining ingredients. Mix well.
2. Fry by ⅛ cup in hot oil until golden brown. Flip to brown on the other side. Serve with banana catsup if desired.
