INGREDIENTS:
- 6 pcs tilapia (2 kg), fillet and cut into 12 strips [Tilapia]
- 1/2 tsp iodized salt [Tilapia]
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper [Tilapia]
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour [Tilapia]
- 2 cups palm oil [Tilapia]
- 1/2 tbsp palm oil [Sauce]
- 1 tbsp garlic, crushed [Sauce]
- 1 tbsp ginger, chopped [Sauce]
- 1/4 cup soy sauce [Sauce]
- 1/4 cup vinegar [Sauce]
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 stalks green onion, chopped
PROCEDURE:
1. Tilapia: Season tilapia with salt and pepper. Roll in flour until coated. Fry until golden brown.
2. Sauce: Sauté garlic and ginger. Add remaining ingredients except green onion. Simmer until slightly thickened. Pour over fish or serve on the side. Top with green onion.
