INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pc garlic clove, crushed
- 1 pc onion, sliced
- 1 tsp bagoong alamang
- 100 g shrimp
- 12 pcs sitaw, sliced
- 1/2 kg squash, sliced
- 45 g UFC Ready Recipes gata mix
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic and onion. Add bagoong and shrimp. Sauté for 3 minutes.
2. Add squash and sitaw. Pour gata mix. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
