INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 kg fresh tuna steak/slices (tulingan/talakitok)
- 1 tsp calamansi juice
- 3 stalks tanglad, pounded
- 1 tbsp ginger, strips
- 1 pc sili pansigang
- 1 pouch (180 ml) Datu Puti Adobo Series adobo sa gata sauce
- 1/2 tsp Wow Sarap all-in-one seasoning granules
PROCEDURE:
1. Marinade fish with calamansi. Arrange in a pan with tanglad, ginger, and sili. Add adobo sauce and seasoning granules. Cover and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
2. Flip, then simmer uncovered for another 10 minutes or until cooked. Serve.
