INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp UFC Golden Fiesta palm oil
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 pc small onion, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp ginger, chopped
- 100 g ground pork
- 1/2 tbsp liquid seasoning
- 400 g string beans, sliced thinly crosswise
- 1/2 pc finger chili, sliced
- 2 pack UFC Ready Mix gata mix (45 g each), dissolved in ¾ to 1 cup water
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic, onion, and ginger for 3 minutes. Add pork and liquid seasoning, then sauté until brown.
2. Add string beans, chili, and dissolved gata mix. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, until sauce slightly thickens and cooked.
