Gochujang Afritada Wings

Gochujang Afritada Sauce

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a pan – UFC Afritada, water, gochujang, sesame oil, and brown sugar
  • 2. Simmer until thick, then let it cool to room temperature.

Fried Chicken

  • 1. Dip Chicken Wings in Wow Sarap and Egg mixture.
  • 2. Heat Oil for deep frying.
  • 3. Coat chicken with flour. Fry for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 4. Coat fried chicken with sauce. Serve.
