1/4 kg Ground Pork
1 pc Medium Onion, Chopped
1 pc Small Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 tbsp Datu Puti Soy Sauce
1 pack Wow Sarap All-in-One Seasoning Granules (4g)
3 pcs Egg
1/4 cup Flour
1/2 tsp UFC Ground Pepper
1 pack UFC Tomato Sauce Guisado (115 g)
100 g Potato, Chopped
1 cup UFC Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
150 ml UFC Banana Catsup

PROCEDURE:

1. Combine all ingredients except oil. Mix well.
2. Portion mixture by ¼ cup and fry in oil until golden brown on both sides.
3. Serve with banana catsup if desired.
