INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups Locally Pink Guava juice, ready to drink, frozen, cubes
- 2 cups Locally Dalandan juice, ready to drink, frozen, cubes
- 1 pc Ripe Banana, sliced & frozen
- 1/4 cup Locally Pink Guava juice, ready to drink, chilled
- 1/4 cup Locally Dalandan juice, ready to drink, chilled
PROCEDURE:
1. Preparation:
In an ice mold, Pour Pink Guava and Dalandan Juice. Freeze to make ice cubes
2. Freeze sliced Ripe Banana
3. Blending:
Using an ice blender, blend half of the frozen Banana and Pink Guava Ice Cubes with 1/4 cup chilled Pink Guava Juice. Transfer and half-fill a glass.
4. Blend remaining banana and Dalandan Ice Cubes with 1/4 cup chilled Dalandan Juice.
5. Fill the other half of the glass. Serve immediately.
