Hotdog Caldereta

Ingredients:

  1. 10 pc regular hotdog, sliced
  2. 5 pc hard-boiled eggs, shelled
  3. 1 pouch (200 g ) UFC Ready Recipes Caldereta Sauce
  4. 1 pc potato, sliced
  5. 1 pc carrot, sliced
  6. 1 pc green bell pepper, diced
  7. UFC Fine Salt and UFC Ground Pepper (to taste)

Procedure:

  1. 1. Simmer carrot and potatoes in 2 cups water for 3 minutes. Add sliced hotdogs and UFC Ready Recipes Caldereta Sauce. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally .
  2. 2. Add bell peppers and eggs. Season with UFC salt and UFC Pepper. Simmer for another 3 minutes.
