INGREDIENTS:
- 400 g Garbanzos / Chickpeas
- 3 tbsp Tahina
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Yoghurt or Sour Cream
- 1 pinch UFC Iodized Salt and UFC Ground Pepper
- 2 pcs Black Olives – Sliced
- 2 pcs Pira Bread – Grilled
PROCEDURE:
1. In a food processor or blender, grind all ingredients to texture of your choice
2. Spread on a plate evenly.
3. Garnish with olives and drizzle olive oil
4. serve with pita
