INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup salad macaroni
- 50 g bacon, sliced
- 2 tbsp UFC Hapi Fiesta Vegetable cooking oil
- 1 pc onion, diced
- 100 g carrot, diced
- 1/2 cup UFC Garden Fresh pieces and stems of mushrooms, drained
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 pc beef bouillon cube
- 1/8 tsp dried basil leaves
- 230 g UFC tomato sauce
- 2 g Wow Sarap all-in-one seasoning granules
- 1 pinch ground pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup UFC Golden Sweet whole kennel corn, drained
- 1/4 cup cheese, grated (optional)
PROCEDURE:
1. Macaroni: Boil 2 cups of water. Add macaroni and cook for 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. Soup: Cook bacon until slightly crunchy. Set aside half for topping.
3. To the remaining bacon, add 2 tbsps cooking oil.
4. In the same pan, sauté onion, carrot, mushrooms, celery, potatoes, bouillon cube, and dried basil.
5. Add tomato sauce, all-in-one seasoning, and ground pepper. Stir.
6. Add 4 cups water, corn, and boiled macaroni. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes.
7. Top with bacon and cheese if desired.
