BEEF STRIPS
- 500 grams Beef sirloin, sukiyaki cut
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon Fine salt
- ¼ cup Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
YASAI ITAME
- 2 tablespoons Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
- 1½ tablespoons Ginger, minced
- 1 piece White onion, sliced
- 1 cup Carrots, cut into sticks
- 1 piece Green bell pepper, seeded and cut into sticks
- 250 grams Togue
- 2 tablespoons Datu Puti Soy Sauce
- ½ teaspoon Fine salt
- ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 6 cups Cooked rice
PREPARATION
- 1 Marinate beef sirloin with Datu Puti Soy Sauce, salt and brown sugar for 30 minutes.
- 2 Heat Golden Fiesta Canola Oil in a wok. Stir-fry beef slices, about 3 minutes.
- 3 To prepare the Yasai Itame, heat Golden Fiesta Canola Oil in a separate pan, and sauté ginger and onions.
- 4 Increase heat, and add the carrots, bell pepper and togue. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 5 Season with Datu Puti Soy Sauce, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- 6 Scoop out rice onto serving bowl. Top with beef and vegetables.
