INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg beef sirloin, thinly sliced (sukiyaki cut)
- 1 tbsp Datu Puti soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp iodized salt
- 1/4 cup UFC Golden Fiesta canola oil
- 1.5 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 pc small onion, sliced
- 1 cup carrot, sliced
- 1 pc small green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1/4 kg togue
- 1/2 tsp UFC ground pepper
- 6 cups cooked rice
PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, sugar, and salt for 30 minutes. Stir-fry by batch in oil until cooked. Set aside.
2. Heat oil. Sauté ginger and onion. Add remaining vegetables, soy sauce, pepper, and remaining salt. Sauté over high heat until cooked.
3. Top stir-fried beef and vegetables over a scoop of rice.
