INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg pork liempo/pork pata, cut into chunks
- 350 g unripe langka, sliced and blanched for 3 minutes
- 1 pc medium onion, sliced
- 1 cup kadyos, soaked for 15 minutes
- 1 pc siling pansigang
- 4 g Wow Sarap all in one seasoning mix
- 20 g UFC sinigang sa sampalok mix
- 2 tbsp Datu Puti fish sauce
- 2 stalks tanglad, pounded
- 1 tsp UFC whole pepper
- 1 cup kamote tops
PROCEDURE:
1. Combine all ingredients, except kamote tops, and sinigang mix in a pot. Add 5-6 cups of water. Cover and simmer until pork is tender.
2. Add kamote tops and sinigang mix. Allow to simmer.
