INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg Ground Pork
- 200 g Pork Belly
- 1 tsp Pink Salt
- 1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Accord Powder or Binder
- 1 tsp White Pepper
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 1.5 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Anisado Wine
- 1 pinch Cloves
- 1 tsp Garic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Five Spice Powder
PROCEDURE:
1. Chop pork and combine with ground pork
2. In a bowl, season meat mixture with all the ingredients
3. Mix well until combined
4. Moisten soy bean wrapper with water
5. Wrap meat mixture tightly
6. Deep fry until cooked
7. Slice and serve
