INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp palm oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pc onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup leftover adobo meat (chicken/pork), diced
- 2 tbsp carrots, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp green onion, chopped
- 2 pcs egg [Toppings]
- 2 tbsp togue [Toppings]
- 1 pc nori sheet, shredded [Toppings]
- 1 tbsp green onion, chopped [Toppings]
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic, onion, adobo meat, and carrots in palm oil for 3 minutes. Add rice. Sauté for another 2 minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients except toppings. Mix for 5 minutes. Transfer to serving container. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, fry eggs. Set aside. Sauté togue until just cooked.
4. Top rice with egg, togue, nori, and green onions. Serve.
