INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack spaghetti noodles, cooked per package directions
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 pc medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 kg ground pork
- 1/2 kg ground beef
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 8 pc regular size hotdogs, sliced
- 1 pack UFC Sweet Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce 1 kg
- 1.5 cup grated Quesorap Cheese
PROCEDURE:
1. Heat cooking oil. Sauté onion and garlic for 1 minute. Add meat. Sauté until slightly brown. Discard excess oil, if desired.
2. Add soy sauce, pepper and hotdog. Cook for few minutes.
3. Add UFC Spaghetti Sauce. Stir. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Add ½ cup of grated cheese. Simmer until cheese is just melted.
4. Toss pasta with sauce. Top with remaining cheese.
