INGREDIENTS:
- 4 g all-in-one seasoning granules [Set A]
- 3 tbsp soy sauce [Set A]
- 1 tbsp vinegar [Set A]
- 1/2 tbsp hot sauce [Set A]
- 1/2 tbsp whole pepper [Set A]
- 1/2 cup mushroom, pieces and stem [Set A]
- 2 gloves garlic, sliced [Set A]
- 100 g tofu, cubed [Set A]
- 1/4 cup ham, sliced [Set A]
- 1 pc white onion, sliced [Set A]
- 1/2 cup carrot, strips [Set A]
- 2 cups water [Set A]
- 1 cup kangkong leaves [Set B]
- 130 g noodles (dry miki/sotanghon) [Set B]
- 1/2 cup wansoy leaves [Set B]
PROCEDURE:
1. Combine Set A ingredients with 2 cups of water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Add Set B ingredients. Simmer until noodles are cooked. Top with wansoy.
