INGREDIENTS:
- 1 NaN Fried Chicken Wings
- 350 g Chicken wings, cut into 2 pieces
- 1 pack All-In-One Seasoning Granules (4 g)
- 2.5 tsp Vinegar
- 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 1 NaN Vegetable Oil (for deep frying
- 1 NaN Korean Style Sauce
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 cloves Butter
- 1/4 cup Garlic, finely crushed
- 2 tbsp Banana Catsup
- 2 tsp White Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 pc Sili labuyo, sliced
- 1 NaN Side and Garnish (optional)
- 1 NaN Sweet Potatoes/Potato, cut into strips and fried
- 1 NaN Toasted sesame seeds and spring onions
PROCEDURE:.
1. Season chicken wings with half of All-in-One Seasoning and Vinegar. Let stand for 10 minutes.
2. Dredge in All purpose flour. Set aside for frying.
3. In a deep pan, pre-heat oil. Deep fry flour-coated chicken wings
4. In a separate pan, saute garlic in butter and oil until light brown. Add remaining sauce ingredients, All-in-One Seasoning and ½ cup water. Simmer uncovered for 3 minutes.
5. Add fried chicken wings and toss over high heat for 3 minutes or until all pieces are coated with sauce
6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions if desired. Serve at once with sweet potatoes/potato fries on the side.
