INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp Golden Fiesta palm oil
- 1 pc garlic, crushed
- 1 kg pork pata, cut into serving portions
- 1/2 tsp UFC Ground Pepper
- 1 tbsp Silver Swan Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Silver Swan White Vinegar
- 1 cup Mang Tomas All Purpose Sauce
- 2 pc UFC Laurel
- 5 cups water
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic in oil. Add pork. Sauté until brown on all sides.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 90 minutes or until tender.
