INGREDIENTS:
- 250 – 350 g leftover lechon manok / lechon kawali / liempo or any leftover meat
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 pc laurel
- ¼ cup water
- 1 cup Mang Tomas All Around Sarsa / Mang Tomas Siga Hot & Spicy All Around Sarsa (~ 290 g)
PROCEDURE:
- Dump ingredients in a pot.
- Allow to simmer uncovered and without mixing for 6 – 10 minutes until sour aroma has lessened and meat is hot.
