INGREDIENTS
100 g wantons, cut into strips
1 cup Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
1 pc grapefruit, peel and segment to small pieces
1 pc carrots, peeled and cut into strips
½ pc white radish, peeled and cut into strips
1 pc red pepper, cut into strips
½ pc white or red cabbage
1 yellow pepper (optional)
1 pc cucumber, peeled and cut into strips
4 tbsp dry roasted peanuts, crushed
200 g smoked salmon
3 pcs calamansi
PROCEDURE
- In a pan, add canola oil and heat it up to medium heat for 3 minutes. Once hot enough for frying, add wanton strips and fry them until golden brown, drain and set aside.
- in a large and shallow palter, assemble the salad placing all the vegetables and other components neatly on the side. Top the dish with smoked salmon. Serve with your preferred dressing.
