INGREDIENTS:
- 3 tbsp Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
- 2 pcs garlic clove, crushed
- 1 pc medium onion, sliced
- 1 cup kamote, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup singkamas, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup carrot, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Baguio beans, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp cooked garbanzos (Optional)
- 1 tbsp Datu Puti fish sauce
- 1/4 tsp UFC Ground Pepper
- 1 cup water [Lumpia Sauce]
- 1/4 cup Datu Puti soy sauce [Lumpia Sauce]
- 1/2 cup brown sugar [Lumpia Sauce]
- 2 pcs garlic clove, crushed [Lumpia Sauce]
- 1 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 3 tbsp water [Lumpia Sauce]
- 1 pc small head lettuce (120 g), separated [Toppings]
- 1/4 cup sugar [Toppings]
- 1/4 cup ground peanuts [Toppings]
- 3 tbsp garlic, chopped [Toppings]
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper [Toppings]
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic and onion. Add remaining vegetables and seasonings. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
2. Combine all ingredients for sauce. Simmer with continuous stirring until thickened. Set aside.
3. Serve vegetables, topped with sauce and peanut.
