Lychee With Almond Jelly

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • Crushed ice

 

PROCEDURE:

Preparation

  1. Slice lychee pieces into halves. Set aside syrup.
  2. Slice almond jelly into cubes.

 

Mixing

  1. Mix sliced lychee, almond jelly and lychee syrup in a container or bowl.
  2. Cover and chill. Serve cold or with crushed ice.
