INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can (425 g) UFC Cream Style Corn
 - 1 can (400 mL) UFC Coconut Cream
 - ¼ cup sugar
 - 1/8 tsp fine salt
 - 1 tsp vanilla
 
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
 - Grated cheese (optional)
 
Slurry
- ½ cup cornstarch, mixed with
 - ½ cup water
 
PROCEDURE:
- Combine first five ingredients. Mix well.
 - Transfer to a non-stick pan. Simmer over low heat with continuous stirring for 3 minutes.
 - Add slurry while stirring continuously until mixture is thickened.
 - Add condensed milk. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir continuously.
 - Pour in pan lined with banana leaf. Flatten surface. Chill for at least 1 – 2 hours. Top with cheese if desired.
