INGREDIENTS
Egg Fried Rice
2 tbsp Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
1 pc egg
¼ cup frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups white rice, cooked
1 pack UFC Meaty Funchow Meaty Yang Chow
PROCEDURE
- In a wok/wide pan, add oil and heat it up for 1 to 2 minutes over medium heat. In a small mixing bowl, crack egg and mix it until scrambled. Set aside
- Once the wok is hot enough, proceed to cook the egg for 1 to 2 minutes while breaking it up to smaller pieces, remove from the wok/pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add more oil and proceed cook the mixed vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat then proceed to dump white rice, cooked scrambled egg and UFC Meaty Funchow, then stir fry everything for 3 to 5 minutes or until well combined. Plate and serve.
