INGREDIENTS:
- 3 tbsp palm oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 pc medium onion, sliced
- 300 g pork kasim or pigue, cut into cubes
- 200 g UFC tomato sauce, Filipino Style
- 1 pc UFC Laurel
- 1 cup water
- 100 g pork liver, cut into cubes
- 1 pc medium potato, cut into cubes
- 1 pc medium carrot, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup garbanzos, cooked
- 1 tsp UFC iodized salt, to taste
1 tsp UFC pepper, ground, to taste - 1 pc red bell pepper, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp raisin
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic, onion, and pork for 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce, laurel leaf, and water. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
2. Add liver, potato, carrot, and garbanzos. Season to taste. Simmer for another 15 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
3. Add raisins and bell peppers. Allow to simmer. Serve.
