INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup Chicken Breast, Strip
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 60 ml Canola Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic, Minced
- 2 tbsp Onion, Minced
- 1 tsp Ginger, Minced
- 1/4 cup Carrot, Strip
- 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 cups Egg Noodles, Blanched
- 1 pc Egg
- 1/4 cup Togue
- 2 tbsp Green Onion, Sliced
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Peanut and wansoy, crushed (optional garnish)
PROCEDURE:
1. Season chicken with soy sauce.
2. Sauté garlic, onion, ginger, and chicken. Add carrot, curry powder, sweet chili sauce, and oyster sauce.
3. Add noodles and egg on the other side of the pan. Allow to set and toss. Add togue and green onion. Stir until cooked. Finish with sesame oil and top with peanut and wansoy if desired.
