INGREDIENTS:
- 800 g Mushroom, Pieces and Stem, Squeezed and Chopped (2 cans)
- 2 pcs Egg
- 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 1 pc Large Onion, Chopped
- 1 stalk Celery, Chopped
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Hamburger Seasoning
- 1 pc Egg, Beaten
- 60 ml Canola Oil
PROCEDURE:
1. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Form into balls.
2. Dip in egg. Roll in breadcrumbs, then flatten.
3. Pan grill in little oil until brown on both sides. Serve as a sandwich or viand.
