INGREDIENTS:
- 100 g onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp UFC whole pepper, cracked
- 1 pc siling labuyo, sliced (optional)
- 2 cans UFC Garden Fresh mushroom, pieces and stems, drained (400 g)
- 1 tbsp Datu Puti soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Wow Sarap all in one seasoning mix
- 1 tbsp Golden Fiesta Canola oil
- 1 pc medium onion, sliced
- 1 pc sili pansigang, seeded and sliced
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic until light brown. Reserve half for topping.
2. For the remaining half, add onion and sili. Sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add mushroom and remaining ingredients. Sauté for 5 minutes. Serve with toasted garlic, onion, and sili on top.
