INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pcs Boneless Chicken Leg quarter
- 1 tsp Ginger – grated
- 3 tbsp Orange Juice
- 1/2 tbsp Corn Starch
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Datu Puti Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Corn Syrup
- 1 tbsp Gochujang Paste
- 1 pinch Salt and Pepper
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 4 tbsp Kimchi
- 1/4 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tsp Spring Onions
PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate boneless chicken strips with all the ingredients
2. In pan, cook chicken with little oil until browned and sauce is thick
3. Top over rice, serve with kimchi and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions
