INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pc bangus (400-500 g), sliced into 5
- 2 tbsp ginger, sliced
- 4 pcs garlic clove, crushed
- 1 pc small onion, sliced
- 2 pcs sili pansigang
- 1/2 cup Datu Puti White Vinegar
- 3/4 l water
- 1/4 tsp UFC ground pepper
- 4 g Wow Sarap all in one seasoning mix
- 1 tbsp Datu Puti fish sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 pc eggplant (200 g), sliced
- 1 pc ampalaya (200 g), seeded and sliced
PROCEDURE:
1. Put ginger, garlic, and onion in a pan. Arrange bangus on top. Add remaining ingredients except ampalaya. Simmer uncovered for 8 minutes.
2. Add ampalaya. Simmer for another 5 minutes or until cooked.
